Terms and Conditions

Safety:

The owners do everything to ensure the flat is safe, however your stay at the flat is entirely at your own risk.
The owners can not take responsibility for any accident, injury or loss howsoever caused during your stay

Security:
The hirer is responsible for the security of the flat during the duration of the bookup period and also immediately after the holiday.
The hirer is expected to take all reasonable care of it. This includes ensuring that the flat is fully secured when leaving it, no windows left open and all locks must be secure.
